Junk Food Chemistry 

​Cold, fresh, bursting with vanilla… that’s just some of the comments we got when the children’s department played with our food on August 1st. Vanilla ice cream was made in ziploc bags by the children as they shook a bag for 8 minutes and passed it in a circle. Miss Marsha read a book stressing the importance of healthy food and having snacks and sweets in moderation. We hosted 3 groups that day for a total of 20 children making ice cream and we got a positive response from each group. Yay for DIY food!
